Quotation: All quotes are valid for 14 days and subject to vessel space, port surcharges and currency fluctuation at time of booking.

Booking: A booking is confirmed on receipt of signed booking form, vehicle documents and 50% deposit. Balance is due before vessel sailing.

Liability: Car Shipping Worldwide acts as a freight forwarder. Carriage is performed by the nominated shipping line under their own bill of lading and standard liability limits. Marine insurance is strongly recommended and offered separately.

Vehicle Condition: Vehicles must be presented clean, with no more than a quarter tank of fuel, in a fit condition to be loaded. Personal effects are not permitted on RoRo shipments.

Customs & Duty: Destination customs duties, taxes and storage are payable by the consignee. We will introduce vetted clearance agents in every destination.

Cancellation: Cancellations made more than 14 days before sailing receive a full deposit refund less administration fee. Inside 14 days, deposits are non-refundable.
